Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems and deliver innovative, scalable, and maintainable security screening solutions.
• Design and implement architectural patterns with a focus on security, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute hands-on to development through coding, reviewing, and optimizing critical software components.
• Champion Agile and Lean methodologies while driving DevOps practices and automation.
• Promote secure coding practices and integrate security controls throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to design efficient testing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (Angular or React) and back-end technologies (Java, Spring Boot, or Python).
• Experience with API design, RESTful services, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
• Practical knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of Agile, TDD, and secure coding standards.
