Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a dependable, scalable, and high-performance car rental indicative pricing and static information system
• Collaborate with teammates to design and implement car hire/flights system
• Continuously enhance system design and architecture to maintain simplification and high service performance
• Establish robust design and engineering principles
• Engage in continuous learning and exploration to become a foundational member of a growing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related technical field
• 1–2 years of experience in backend system development
• Expertise in Java or Python
• Experience with distributed computing and cloud technologies (microservices, Docker, AWS)
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases and SQL
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn domain knowledge quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React
