About the role
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end and contribute throughout the product life cycle
- Work on cutting-edge technologies like LLM and vector index
- Improve fault tolerance for SingleStore clusters
- Accelerate SQL query performance using SIMD and LLVM codeGen
- Write search and costing modules for the query optimizer
- Write and test software for production deployment
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Deep understanding of operating systems, concurrency, multithreading, and server architectures
- Strong programming skills with C++ or C
- Firm grasp of algorithms and data structures
- Passion for building highly reliable software
