Software Engineer - ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Support, operate, and maintain ServiceNow instances, delivering business value through the platform.
• Configure and customize core applications including Change, Incident, Problem, Request, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Knowledge Management, and HRSD.
• Write business rules, client scripts, create catalog items, and configure workflows and email notifications.
• Manage ServiceNow API and integrations with other organizational tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support issues by working directly with end users.
• Assist with the installation, testing, and facilitation of ServiceNow updates and new release upgrade cycles.
• Gather, identify, and document business requirements and technical process documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience in development, configuration, or maintenance.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration of core capabilities, data models, and security.
• Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform and integration tools.
• Proficiency in writing business rules and client scripts.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery methodology.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-profile, deadline-driven environment.
