Responsibilities

• Ship core product by architecting and shipping production-grade systems based on complex customer needs
• Build platform services including backend services, APIs, and integrations focused on reliability and security
• Turn messy, high-stakes workflows into generalized, reusable product capabilities
• Own the deployment lifecycle from architecture through scaling and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Software engineering experience, ideally in a product-focused or customer-facing role
• Strong coding and system design skills with experience shipping production systems
• Experience building external integrations
• Ability to operate with high ownership in fast-moving, unstructured environments
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience as a founder or early engineer
• Background working with enterprise customers or supporting complex technical sales cycles
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered features or agent-based systems
• Familiarity with IT, security, service management, or workflow automation
