Software Engineer, Senior - PMIC SW Development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate embedded and cloud edge software for power regulation, system clocking, ADC, IOs, and battery management.
• Develop software for user interface components including camera flash, haptics, backlight, and LEDs.
• Collaborate with hardware designers and system architects to define new HW/SW systems.
• Implement new features and frameworks within UEFI, Windows, and Linux kernels.
• Partner with ecosystem partners and assist customer engineering teams in launching Qualcomm-powered products.
• Contribute to emerging segments including wearables, automotive, drones, and IoT.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience, specifically with C/C++ on mobile or IoT devices.
• Strong knowledge of RTOS concepts, including memory management, timers, interrupt architecture, and threads.
• Proven experience in driver development for multi-core/CPU and multithreaded systems.
• Familiarity with analog and digital circuit theory.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to Zephyr RTOS.
• Experience with USB Type-C PD and battery management software.
• Experience with Windows DMF/WDF/WDM Software Architecture.
• Familiarity with Qualcomm products and ecosystems.
