Software Engineer Senior

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and production-ready features
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and React
• Design and implement scalable back-end services and APIs using Go and modern cloud technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting code reviews and mentoring peers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis and participation in on-call rotations
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into web applications to enhance user experience and automation
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members regarding financial services software best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in a Technology, Fintech, or SaaS organization
• 2+ years of development experience in Go, TypeScript, React, or equivalent languages
• Experience with relational databases, RESTful services, Docker, and Git
• Proven experience leading development initiatives and delivering high-quality results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in core banking or financial technology
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Lucidchart
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision
