Software Engineer Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements
• Design and build data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data using modern cloud technologies
• Implement infrastructure and data platforms to enable reliable access and analysis of data
• Document and maintain data architecture to support scalable data systems
• Contribute to engineering practices regarding quality, maintainability, and operational stability
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and daily collaboration

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including backend and/or data engineering
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services (e.g., FastAPI, Node.js)
• Strong experience with SQL and relational or analytical data systems
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled systems and LLM-powered workflows (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Background in designing data-intensive systems or large-scale analytical platforms
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration or distributed processing systems
