Software Engineer, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software enhancements within the CRD/Alpha Platform domains.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to create simple and sustainable software solutions for complex problems.
• Participate in the full agile software development lifecycle, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Engage in on-the-job and formal training to develop technical skills and business acumen in FinTech areas like Portfolio Management and Trading.

Requirements

• B.S. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience or equivalent college project experience.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with DevOps, continuous delivery, TDD, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, or Angular.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and tools like Kafka.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) or Snowflake.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
