Software Engineer, Scale

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-tenant infrastructure that powers embedded finance for enterprise customers
• Architect systems to aggregate requests while meeting strict enterprise-grade SLAs for availability, latency, and throughput
• Own cross-domain product features involving complex business, regulatory, and technical requirements
• Design technical solutions and integrations for enterprise prospects to support large-scale contract outcomes
• Design for scale, maintainability, and production excellence across cross-region deployments

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong expertise in system and component design, balancing flexibility with simplicity
• Proven ability to design for scale and maintain high-performance production systems
• Experience leading multi-team initiatives with measurable technical or business impact
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries
• Background in high-scale performance tuning (e.g., 100k+ QPS, strict latency SLAs)
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or platform architecture
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation
• Experience with cross-region deployment or data residency compliance
