Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver software solutions that accelerate research workflows and enhance data analysis
• Build and maintain modern microservices and cloud-native applications
• Translate complex requirements into high-quality, performant, and scalable code
• Ensure the reliability, maintainability, and security of developed systems
• Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and the establishment of team-wide technical standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript (Node.js)
• Proficiency in React or similar modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar)
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures and API design
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps principles

• Experience working in an innovative, fast-paced digital or healthcare environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset regarding new technologies
