Software Engineer- Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions supporting ITSM, employee service, and HR business processes.
• Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and platform events.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud and case management solutions for IT and HR use cases.
• Design and implement API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and enterprise systems like HRIS, payroll, and identity management.
• Support the migration of service workflows from legacy platforms into Salesforce.
• Maintain platform security, governance, and data integrity through proper configuration of permissions, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce security model.
• Hands-on experience with API and integration development.
• Experience with Service Cloud or case management solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ITSM processes (incident handling, request fulfillment) or HR service modules (onboarding/offboarding).
• Experience migrating workflows from platforms such as ServiceNow to Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD tools and Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, or Einstein AI capabilities.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant).
