Responsibilities

• Own outcomes by taking features from idea to production, participating in product and design decisions
• Build across the full stack, writing clean, maintainable code across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Use AI-powered tools as a force multiplier to move faster and explore solutions broadly
• Collaborate closely with pods and leadership to improve the platform and team efficiency

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in full-stack software development shipping real-world applications
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, and AWS
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-powered development tools like Cursor, Claude, or Copilot

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in CS/EE or a coding bootcamp
• DevOps experience and understanding of production environments
• Ability to think beyond code to consider user experience and business tradeoffs
