Responsibilities

• Own problems from scoping to production
• Work across the full stack to solve problems
• Engage with customers via calls, support tickets, and session replays to build needed features
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for coding, debugging, and spec drafting
• Iterate quickly by shipping products to users and improving them based on feedback
• Maintain system reliability by fixing issues as they arise

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Full-stack development experience
• Fluency with AI development tools
• Strong bias for shipping and iterative development
• Customer-centric mindset and curiosity
• High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity
