Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability
• Monitor and optimize system performance to address bottlenecks and ensure low-latency query responses
• Collaborate with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams including product managers, frontend engineers, and UX designers
• Conduct research and experimentation with new technologies to drive continuous innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions using Java
• Strong proficiency in Java programming, Java design patterns, and server-side development
• Experience with Spring, React, and MongoDB
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of search technologies like ElasticSearch or Apache Solr
• Experience with AI-driven solutions, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and semantic search
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Familiarity with Scrum and JIRA
