Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-quality full-stack software supporting manufacturing and operations
• Build data collection workflows and mission-critical dashboards for company-wide decision making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to digitize manufacturing processes and optimize CAD-to-Fab pipelines
• Validate hypotheses through rapid prototyping and data-driven experimentation
• Explore and incorporate new tools and frameworks to enhance system resilience

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver production-ready code at scale under tight timelines
• Experience managing stakeholders to gather requirements and influence product strategy
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python and TypeScript
• Experience with databases and containerized/cloud services like EC2 and Lambda
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and data-centric applications
• Strong grasp of engineering best practices including CI/CD, testing, and code reviews
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software systems integrating human, machine, and software workflows
• Experience with discrete simulation of large systems and sim-to-real design patterns
• Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines and BI tools like Tableau or Grafana
• Experience implementing or leading PLM, ERP, or MES systems
• Exposure to GraphQL
