Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to gather technical requirements and understand user needs
• Analyze how new software solutions meet market demands and align with user expectations
• Drive the roadmap for the 0 to 1 creation of new software products
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and innovation based on user feedback
• Stay informed on trends in the competitive landscape and latest technologies
• Collaborate closely with team members to suggest and implement enhancements
• Present technical and product concepts to the larger team
• Refine and standardize coding practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable software
• Rapidly iterate on software designs and implementations from concept to deployment

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong expertise in Python, AWS, Postgres, and Elasticsearch
• Experience in maintaining coding standards or best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to various audiences
• Proficiency in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in software engineering in B2B SaaS
• Experience with Generative AI applications, agentic frameworks, or prompt engineering
