Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to gather technical requirements and understand user needs
• Drive the roadmap for the 0 to 1 creation of new software products
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and innovation based on user feedback
• Refine and standardize coding practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable software
• Rapidly iterate on software designs and implementations, from concept to deployment
• Present technical and product concepts to the larger team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in B2B SaaS
• Strong expertise in Python, AWS, Aurora Postgres, ElastiCache, and Elasticsearch
• Proven experience across the full product development lifecycle
• Experience establishing and maintaining coding standards or best practices
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
