Software Engineer

About the Company

Rabot builds vision AI for warehouse packing operations. Cameras watch the pack line, software figures out where things are slow or wrong, and operators get real-time feedback that actually changes how they work.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in the customer-facing product across the full stack (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure)
• Work directly with product and customers to understand requirements
• Own the entire lifecycle of code from commit to production, including deployment and monitoring
• Write clean, maintainable code
• Improve development and deployment pipelines, including CI/CD, testing, and observability
• Utilize AI tools in the development workflow

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven track record of shipping production software used by real users
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, including deploying, scaling, and debugging production systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with product teams, customers, and engineers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building B2B SaaS products and multi-tenant systems
• Experience with real-time data or video/image pipelines
• Background in computer vision, AI/ML, or IoT systems
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial software sectors
• Previous startup experience
