Software Engineer, Quality Platform

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents for the testing lifecycle, including test case generation and automation
• Advance AI-native quality by building systems that adapt test coverage based on code changes
• Improve developer and QE productivity by identifying and solving CI/CD bottlenecks
• Integrate AI capabilities into real development environments and engineering workflows
• Develop end-to-end systems using TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, and Python
• Apply AI techniques such as prompt engineering and RAG to improve system effectiveness

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale environments
• Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or developer experience tooling
• Experience building client and server-side systems (Fullstack)
• Understanding of distributed systems and large-scale software architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs (prompting, APIs, RAG, or evaluation)
• Experience building platforms, infrastructure, or developer/quality tooling
