Software Engineer-Quadient Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team through all project phases, including effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.
• Architect and design complex Quadient Inspire solutions to meet business requirements and scalability needs.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of customer communication management (CCM) solutions.
• Manage the roadmap for migrating forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders, including business clients, SMEs, and management, to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance on environment setup, tool configurations, and enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Quadient.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive.
• Proficiency with Quadient Inspire Scaler for high-volume batch processing.
• Expertise in Quadient ICM (Inspire Content Manager) for governance and versioning.
• Experience with Quadient Inspire Approve Workflow and Automation modules.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Groovy.
• Proven ability to architect integrations using APIs and Microservices.
• Mandatory certifications in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, ICM, and Scripting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale migrations from legacy document systems.
• Knowledge of other Document Composition tools.
• Understanding of enterprise-level environment setup and scalability standards.
