About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with APIs to integrate payment providers (PSPs) and fintech solutions
- Assist in troubleshooting of payment-related issues
- Analyze transaction flows, payments and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams on payment initiatives
- Generate reports and dashboards using payment and transaction data
- Contribute to the evaluation and onboarding of new payment methods, providers, and fintech partners
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or related fields
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Python (Flask or Django)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of PCI-DSS, Open Banking, or other payments-related regulations
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with payment fraud prevention and risk management concepts
- Exposure to ETL processes, data pipelines, or workflow automation
