Software Engineer - Python, Crypto

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core infrastructure for 24/7 crypto trading operations
• Develop real-time data pipelines for trade, position, and asset processing
• Implement risk and finance systems for P&L reconciliation and real-time risk calculations
• Manage asset optimization and automated inventory management across exchanges
• Create trader-facing monitoring, alerting, and visualization tools
• Collaborate with traders and engineers to design scalable engineering solutions

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
• Strong, production-level Python development skills
• Experience building distributed, real-time, or event-driven applications
• Proficiency with Kafka, Docker, and Linux-based infrastructure
• Experience working with trading systems or within the Crypto ecosystem
• Ability to work pragmatically in a fast-paced, rapidly changing market environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with C++ development
