- Manage incidents and problems in alignment with ITIL processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot tickets using SQL queries and Excel
- Utilize Informatica and DevOps tools for debugging and fixing minor application issues
Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in L2 application support
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Proficiency in Informatica
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices
- Strong SQL expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with Macros
