Software Engineer, Product

Responsibilities

• Build agentic products by designing, coding, and shipping full-stack features for Netic's AI platform
• Co-create with customers to understand workflows and turn pain points into features
• Own end-to-end delivery from specification to production, including data models, APIs, and front-end polish
• Build, test, and monitor features in production to ensure reliability and performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering user-facing software at scale
• Full-stack fluency with React, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience with databases and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to translate stakeholder goals into technical specs and products
• Strong communication skills regarding architectural trade-offs and business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns
