Software Engineer, Product

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy backend and frontend features with a focus on high-quality code and maintainability
• Own projects from conception to delivery, managing blockers and challenges independently
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to create user-friendly workflows
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Work directly with end users to ensure products meet operational needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in web development
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Strong experience designing backend APIs and database schemas
• Ability to manage project scopes and timelines autonomously
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with strongly typed programming languages, specifically Java
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and monitoring tools
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
