Responsibilities

• Help shape the foundation of our engineering organization
• Lead initiatives across the stack with high agency in product direction and technical design
• Optimize matching algorithms and create world-class experiences for millions of users
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in data and GTM to drive product direction
• Embrace an experimentation mindset to learn how users interact with AI-native products

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling production quality systems and experiences
• Ability to work across the full stack and handle ambiguity
• Preference for working in-person with fast feedback loops
• Strong problem-solving skills and hypothesis testing abilities
• Experience with end-to-end ownership in high agency environments
• Background as a startup founder or early-stage engineer is a plus
