Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Strong understanding of frontend primitives including component architecture, state management, streaming UIs, and performance profiling
- Experience scaling applications and backend systems, including relational databases, caching, background jobs, and auth
- Proven examples of live projects or products built
