Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive scale compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them, rethinking every layer of the stack to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.

Responsibilities

• Own features at every layer of the stack from concept to outcome
• Identify problems, design solutions, build, ship, and measure success
• Build supply chain automation and capacity forecasting systems
• Develop internal AI infrastructure, including shared agent frameworks and skill libraries
• Create operational automation and workflow orchestration tools
• Build applications for datacenter design and validation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production code
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models)
• Experience creating MCP servers and working with agentic frameworks
• Deep fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor
• Proven ability to work with high autonomy and minimal direction
• Strong systems thinking and product/design taste
