About the Company

Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care in New York, South Florida, Los Angeles, and through 24/7 telemedicine globally. Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we work to accelerate the translation of medical breakthroughs and expand access to preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinicians to turn product requirements into clear technical plans
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and services including design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration
• Design and implement APIs, data models, and integrations supporting member journeys and clinical workflows
• Contribute to evolving architecture and participate in design reviews and RFCs
• Write well-tested code with meaningful unit and integration tests
• Instrument features with high-quality analytics in Mixpanel
• Maintain dashboards and alerts that reflect real user outcomes
• Uphold engineering standards and provide constructive code reviews

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments
• Proven track record of owning and shipping features in a modern web stack
• Strong full-stack skills including API design, schema design, and UI implementation
• Proficiency with TypeScript and a modern frontend framework like React
• Experience with at least one cloud provider and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
• Solid understanding of systems design, reliability, performance, and security
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in meetings with both technical and non-technical partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated domains (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2)
• Exposure to EHRs, Wearables Integrations, or other health data platforms
