Responsibilities

• Build product experiences end to end across frontend, backend, APIs, data models, and AI-powered workflows
• Lead frontend implementation for complex products with strong judgment on architecture and state management
• Strengthen frontend foundations, including performance, maintainability, and developer experience
• Create reusable systems, components, and frameworks to accelerate development
• Partner with product and design to turn ambiguous problems into elegant experiences
• Evaluate and operationalize AI coding agents and development workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping production software
• Strong full-stack skills across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
• Exceptional frontend fundamentals with experience in large React applications
• Strong product mindset and track record of owning customer-facing features
• Experience partnering with product managers and designers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using AI coding agents in daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Storybook
• Experience with data visualization libraries like Visx, D3, or Chart.js
• Experience improving frontend performance or build systems at scale
• Background in B2B SaaS, operational software, or workflow-heavy products
