Responsibilities

• Build tools for US exchange operations, including systems for control desk operators, supervisors, and compliance teams
• Ship production features regularly in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Work across the full stack, building frontend interfaces for operational dashboards and backend APIs for transaction processing
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and product teams to iterate on tooling
• Design systems for scale and compliance to handle high-volume transactions and maintain audit trails
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong full-stack web development skills with TypeScript
• Strong backend experience with Go
• Solid experience with React and Node.js
• Experience building data-heavy applications or internal tools
• Ability to work with external APIs and integrate third-party services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bias for action and a builder's mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Next.js experience
• Experience with MongoDB
• Background in fintech, payments, reconciliation systems, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with customer service or operations tooling
• Understanding of financial data modeling and audit requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
