Responsibilities
- Build Sierra’s platform primitives that power how agents are built, orchestrated, and deployed
- Design systems for reliable, steerable agents including runtime systems and developer tooling
- Build tools and workflows that accelerate engineer deployment of agents
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production systems
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for building reliable, maintainable, and secure scalable systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building developer platforms or SDKs
- Experience working on distributed systems
- Experience building AI-powered products
