Software Engineer, Platform

Responsibilities

• Develop robust infrastructure for platform operations, including systems that support complex contract-related workflows, payouts, and fraud prevention
• Design and maintain identity and access systems to provision and deprovision access just-in-time
• Work closely with engineering leads to translate operational needs into reliable, scalable backend services
• Improve security, reliability, and developer ergonomics across core platform systems

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building production systems at scale
• Ability to work across ambiguous requirements and deliver practical systems quickly
• High ownership mindset for foundational technical problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with identity, access control, or enterprise access management systems
