Software Engineer - Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build self-service developer platforms that enable engineers to provision infrastructure, deploy applications, and manage secrets with minimal overhead
• Create reusable platform services and SDKs, including identity, authorization, and deployment orchestration
• Design "golden paths" to standardize how engineers build, test, deploy, and operate software
• Develop intelligent CI/CD platforms to reduce deployment time and improve release confidence
• Improve developer workflows by investing in local development environments, faster build systems, and ephemeral environments
• Collaborate with application teams to remove operational toil through automation and improve scalability and observability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building production-quality software in Go, Python, or Java
• Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Linux, containers, and distributed systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar technologies
• A product mindset focused on usability, documentation, and developer experience
