Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
• Manage the entire predictive modeling life cycle, including exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Build and optimize RAG applications using vector databases and transformer architectures.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Ensure model operationalization, scalability, and the establishment of robust decision strategies.
• Synthesize and present complex research and technical findings to diverse business audiences.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proven experience with NLP, LLMs, and deep learning techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technology platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Expertise in the predictive modeling life cycle and experimentation setup (hypothesis testing, measurements).
• Practical experience with fine-tuning LLMs and working with vector databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI-centric tools such as PyTorch, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including autonomous planning, reasoning, and multi-step actions.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks like AutoGen to deploy AI agents for task automation.
• Ability to partner closely with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions.
