Responsibilities

• Build systems and experiences that drive user behavior and engagement for recruiters and hiring managers
• Develop systems for recruiter supply growth, onboarding, and quality control
• Create recruiter performance and incentive systems, including payments and performance tooling
• Manage role distribution to balance recruiter activity across the marketplace
• Identify and automate manual processes for recruiters, hiring managers, and internal operations

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience shipping high-quality code in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver clean solutions quickly for well-defined problems
• Impact-driven mindset focused on improving user experiences and driving outcomes
• Technical proficiency to move quickly across the full stack without sacrificing quality
