Paradigm is building a new type of workspace that lets knowledge workers leverage the power of LLMs to scale immense amounts of research. The platform utilizes purpose-built infrastructure to orchestrate hundreds of thousands of agents to process millions of tokens per minute.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems unique to parallelizing agents at massive scale
• Address race conditions for high-volume agent data writes
• Manage realtime transmission of agent outputs across services to the client
• Optimize for write throughput and in-memory footprint for agents
• Design and deploy distributed services in a production environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven track record as an individual contributor to medium to large projects
• Experience managing, designing, and deploying distributed services in production
• Ability to act as a technical resource for peers to debug and answer questions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Go, Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, or Temporal
