Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, port, and maintain testing for MPU/MCU ROM software and tools to ensure functionality, compatibility, performance, and stability
• Validate ROM software for MPU/MCU chips on FPGA/Zebu environments and reference boards
• Design and develop test tools for automated testing and continuous integration
• Review design documents, reference manuals, and user guides
• Actively support the development team and key customers

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline
• Strong understanding of general MPU/MCU architecture and peripherals (GPIO, UART, I2C, SPI, RTC, PWM, ADC, DAC, etc.)
• Knowledge of memory modules including NAND, NOR, EMMC, and SD
• Strong analytical capability regarding ARM Cortex-A and Cortex-M HW/SW concepts
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Ruby, Shell scripting, or web programming
• Experience working with FPGA environments
• Familiarity with i.MX, Kinetis, LPC, or STM32 chips
• Knowledge of security algorithms
• Understanding of QA/test methodologies and test cycles
