Software Engineer, New Grad

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and release features for customer-facing and internal platforms
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full stack
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data science, and operations teams
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews to improve software architecture and engineering processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher (or recent graduate) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 1 to 2 previous Software Engineering internships with a focus on fullstack development
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Experience with frontend technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
• Proficiency in Python or another dynamically typed language
• Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and seek feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Passion for mission-driven work in the fintech space
