Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We are singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else by rethinking every layer of the stack, from power acquisition to data center design and operation.

Responsibilities

• Own network fleet health end to end, including real-time monitoring requirements and alerting lifecycles.
• Build active debugging tooling, including link diagnostics and remote command execution.
• Automate the network repair pipeline from detection through parts management and return to service.
• Develop frameworks for network qualification and validation to gate new sites and hardware.
• Ensure end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operation of the network at scale through aggressive automation.

Requirements

• Experience developing automation tools in Go and Python.
• Proficiency in link diagnostics and optical networks.
• Understanding of network monitoring protocols such as gNMI, gRPC, NETCONF, or SONiC.
• Experience shipping production network tooling or automation.
• Fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Ability to manage incidents and perform systemic postmortem analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RMA and repair lifecycle automation.
• Knowledge of large-scale datacenter fabric including BGP, ECMP, and spine-leaf architectures.
• Experience with out-of-band network management.
