Responsibilities

• Trace and fix runtime bugs and write regression tests
• Design evaluation datasets to simulate realistic workflows or red-team systems
• Build internal tooling for QA, agent simulation, and observability
• Normalize and transform messy client data for system integration
• Set up automatic testing and latency tracking infrastructure

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience working with LLMs or AI agents in production
• Proficiency in TypeScript and strong debugging skills
• Experience with data transformation and system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent systems or NLP pipelines
• Familiarity with LangChain-style agent orchestration
• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM evals
