Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack components including frontend applications and backend services
• Design and implement APIs and data pipelines for AI Agent deployment and data processing workflows
• Contribute to core AI agent frameworks focusing on tool integration, memory systems, and orchestration
• Develop AI Agent evaluation methodologies and tooling to monitor performance, reliability, and safety
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure for high availability and scalability
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software infrastructure development
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, orchestration systems, or complex LLM-powered applications (RAG, multi-agent systems)
• Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure management including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Expertise in designing and scaling enterprise-grade ML or data-intensive systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Experience managing large-scale distributed systems and high-throughput AI infrastructures
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience with AI Agent Evaluation frameworks such as LangSmith or Arize
• Proven success building production LLM applications like autonomous agents or conversational AI
