Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, deploy, and maintain a platform for mission-critical communication.
• Write soft real-time applications with an emphasis on high availability, reliability, and low-latency response times.
• Collaborate within small agile teams to deliver high-quality voice and data communication systems.
• Participate in every step of the software development lifecycle to ensure continuous operation of services.
• Challenge existing ways of working to drive innovation and improve development processes.

Requirements

• University degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Experience in functional programming or a strong desire to learn it.
• Understanding of modern development practices including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Interest in designing distributed systems and microservice-oriented architecture.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for solving complex technical problems and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying software using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of Message Brokers and efficient inter-machine communication structures like Protocol Buffers.
• Experience building distributed systems using microservices or cloud architecture.
• Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
