Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement new features or enhance existing features for TETRA radio products
• Participate in all aspects of the product development process, including requirement definition, design, implementation, and testing
• Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility within quality, time, and cost constraints
• Coordinate and participate in software design and code reviews
• Create and execute unit, integration, and system tests
• Collaborate with front-end and test teams to ensure successful feature deployment
• Work within a multi-site, worldwide development environment to meet project deliverables and timelines
• Adhere to team performance and quality metrics and contribute to the improvement of software development processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Fresh graduate status with no previous permanent employment
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or 2nd class upper
• Willingness to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang
