Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable systems, including server-side APIs, infrastructure, or user-facing interfaces
• Work with large-scale distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelines
• Take ownership of the end-to-end journey, communicating progress and surfacing risks
• Collaborate early with teams to shape requirements into clear roadmaps
• Seek structural improvements to prevent technical issues from recurring

Requirements

• 4–15 years of software development experience (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Proficiency with AI coding tools
• Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or performance-critical applications
• Expertise in Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, or BigQuery
