Responsibilities

• Build distributed training, inference, and RL infrastructure
• Write libraries to simplify large-scale data jobs for researchers
• Architect systems that transform Cursor user data into effective training data
• Work directly with researchers to ensure repeatable progress and fast iteration

Requirements

• Strong infrastructure or distributed systems background
• Ability to architect and ship end-to-end with high ownership
• Strong intuitions regarding how language models work
• High excitement for learning more about Machine Learning
