Responsibilities

Depending on the chosen track, responsibilities include:

• Backend / Platform: Designing systems, APIs, and infrastructure; solving distributed systems and scaling challenges; integrating large AI models in production.
• Product Engineering: Shipping end-to-end product experiences; building polished web or native mobile interfaces; iterating with real user data.
• Applied AI Engineering: Building AI-powered product experiences; working with state-of-the-art video, audio, and text models; designing systems for reasoning and intelligent behavior.

Requirements

• Evidence of exceptional ability through prestigious internships, significant personal projects, or startup experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
• Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Deep interest in AI and active use of AI coding tools
• Strong product and engineering taste with a focus on craft and speed
• Collaborative mindset and high agency
