Software Engineer, Microservices Framework - Data Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact cost and performance optimization opportunities and design actionable solutions.
• Conduct technical R&D in heterogeneous language communication, focusing on Go and Rust.
• Explore hardware acceleration and perform customized optimizations of the Go runtime.
• Develop systematic platform capabilities for service cost analysis and performance diagnosis.
• Build semi-automated optimization tools to support the microservices ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one high-performance language such as Go, Rust, or C++.
• Experience in low-level performance optimization (e.g., CPU cache, zero-copy, lock contention).
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools and Linux kernel tuning.
• Strong systematic problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance diagnosis and optimization of RPC frameworks or network libraries.
• Experience optimizing large-scale systems handling traffic at the million-QPS level.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive cross-team technical initiatives.
