Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from initial idea to live product
• Build with Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Drizzle, and Vercel
• Shape product direction by proposing experiments and using data to guide decisions
• Maintain system reliability through analytics, telemetry, testing, and PR reviews
• Work closely with the CEO and partners to define scope and UX

Requirements

• Meaningful experience building production web apps with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Postgres
• Ability to design clean DB schemas and write performant queries
• Strong product mindset with a focus on UX polish
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills
• Bias toward action and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time video or proctoring technology
• Experience with AI/LLM pipelines
• Experience with large-scale assessment platforms
• Passion for meritocracy and broadening access to opportunity
